Its quite a time since I saw ‘Stiff Legs’ although he did also disapear last year for quite a time but eventually came back.
BUT I had a great view of the Kingfisher today. I was standing still and he/she came up the river and as it passed me (only a few yards away) it did a 180 degree turn and then turned right into a bush opening, he/she didn’t stop but I know not where it went.
