I have not seen the Tufted Ducks that Graham commented on but that is normal as they have come and gone in the past, and come back again 
I only saw 1 teenage Moorhen on the pond today but have no reason to believe the other two were not hiding somewhere.
There is 3 new families of baby Moorhens on the Slea, I think they are all second broods. I also saw a Water Vole in the week so I am hoping to see more of these charming creatures throughout the year. One of the Common Lizards was also basking in the sun.
