I have not seen the Dabchick lately, the Coot is also absent as were the 2 swans today. I did have another very good, and long, look at the female Kingfisher (see also below).
I have also not seen ‘Stiff Legs’ for a few days, but he went *missing* last year for over a month. I said *missing* because last year I think he was ‘missing’ (as in being away) at the same time he was ‘miss -ing’ (as in chasing after lady ducks
