An Interesting day as I saw about 5 Long Tailed Tits in the trees near the LC Bridge, I then saw a Weasel near to the Mill in about the same place as I saw one last year (or the year before ?), perhaps it was related 
there was also a Sparrowhawk in the field past the Mill. I also saw Stiff legs but did not see the Dabchick or Coot.
I did see a duck with a white stripe similar to how Graham described ‘his’ duck but I do not think this was the same one as Graham’s.

Hi Terry, It has not been long since I walkied along the Slea – I saw a couple of Swans near the Hub. I also saw the Dabchick near to its usual place of residence but no sign of a Coot.
Unless the Duck you saw was much smaller than a Mallard it could not have been the one I saw earlier (Unfortunately I do not have a photo facility on my mobile phone so getting a photo of the mystery duck was not possible).
It will be interesting to see if the Swans stay around for a few days.
