All 3 baby Moorhens are ok 
but mum Coot is still sitting on the nest so I didnt see any baby Coots. The duckling below the weir at the Mill yesterday was nowhere to be seen 
but I will keep an eye out for it over the next few days. One Moorhen has built a nest and has at least 1 egg in it just where people let their dogs run riot in the river, last year the same happened and the nest didnt last very long, I just hope dog walkers notice the nest and try and avoid it ?
