The swans were not around again and then they were 
  because all 3 of them flew right over us downstream of Cogglesford Mill and landed on the Slea. Also saw 4 Dabchicks and the lone duckling who does look a little lonesome as there are no other ducklings his/her size to go around with. I hope the duckling has plenty of insulation because Friday night it is supposed to get to -2 C
