My thanks to Paul for sending me the following amazing video clip and allowing me to upload it, he took it on the Slea the other day, the file size is bigger than previous videos so that you see it in good quality
If you have read the previous posts you will know that our Dabchick family went downstream the other day and attacked the ‘new’ pair of Dabchicks and chased them away, this is a little sad in that the ‘new’ pair will probably not now raise a family on the Slea this year, but Paul captured the Dabchick fight on video which shows just how hard Dabchicks will defend their territory against other Dabchicks. Just incase anyone is worried, no Dabchick came to any harm (except to their pride) in this fight…
My thanks again to Paul for allowing this clip to be shown but PLEASE remember that Copyright of it remains with Paul.
Terry
I can’t view your videos. Is it me?I saw the first one, but neither of the others Enid
Hi Enid, its strange that you could view the first video and not the others as they are all setup the same. The only other report of problems was from Paul and it was how his PC was setup that was the problem (firewall problems).
If you cant get it to work then I can email the clips to you but can you first try not double clicking on the link, but put your mouse cursor on the video link and then right-click and choose ‘Save Target As…’ which should download the clip to your computer, you will then have to double click on that file to view.
Please let me know if you are successful or not and if not I will email you the clips

That worked OK. Thankyou for your help. Talk about nature red in tooth and claw! They meant business, Enid
Hi Enid, glad that worked for you. Yes they certainly did mean business, but at least no harm came to any one of them.
